Marta has significant experience with envisioning and designing hospitality and residential projects. She brings a multidisciplinary approach to design, combining Planning, Architecture and Landscape Architecture knowledge and skills. She has been part of and has led planning teams in the visioning, design, land planning and production phases of projects, as well as management and coordination with other consultants.

Marta brings her global ethos to everything she does. She combines design and passion to create environments with a unique multicultural essence. From her childhood in Rio de Janeiro to mountain resort projects, to beach and golf resorts in Mexico, to high quality residential design in the San Francisco Bay Area, she brings a distinct style that fulfills clients’ needs and objectives.

Mika is an illustrator and graphic designer whose work has appeared in many publications, including magazines, newspapers, greeting cards and on television throughout The United States, Europe, and Japan. She was born in Tokyo Japan and now lives and works in New York City. She has a BFA in illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Since 2020-2023, she managed the club MIKA, and collaborates with artists, crafts people, and unique food & beverage providers to create a multi-faceted venue in Brooklyn.
